Job Description

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome

• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Offer assistance with transportation arrangements, such as calling taxis or arranging airport transfers

• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area

• Assist with valet parking when necessary

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Strong guest service orientation

• Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures

• Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus

• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

• Ability to build positive guest relations and provide exceptional hospitality

• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred

• Must have excellent customer service skills

As a Bellman, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about our hotel facilities.
