JOB SUMMARY:

Provides a courteous and pleasant service toarriving and departing guests, transporting luggage, ensuring a fun-filled,exciting and entertaining environment where the flawless delivery and executionof four star service is paramount.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Transports baggage of arriving guestsfrom the Bell Desk to their accommodations.

  • Explains accommodation appointmentsand equipment to guests using customer skills and personalized service.

  • Informs guests of all hotel facilitiesand their location and offers to be of further assistance upon request.

  • Assists departing guests with theirluggage and other departure details.

  • Maintains the cleanliness of FrontDesk/Bell Services area to uphold Harrah's/Harveys "Spotless" standards.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previousguest service experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Literate and fluent in English

  • Excellent guests service skills

  • Ability to handle difficult orstressful situations with tact and diplomacy

  • Ability to demonstrate a pleasant andenthusiastic demeanor at all times.

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate thehighest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards requiredby a regulated business
