Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, or assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

What You'll Do: As the Front Desk Coordinator you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to LogicMonitor's employees and visitors. Working closely with the Team Operations Coordinator, you will support the team with administrative tasks for daily facility and event operations. Here's a closer look at this key role: * Create a warm and welcoming experience and environment at the front desk. * Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication and professionalism with LogicMonitor colleagues as well as external callers and visitors. * Early office opening: Open gates, turn lights and music on, conference room cleanup, kitchen and common area cleanup. Closing of the office: Lock gates, common areas cleanup. * Manage communication (emails, phone calls); screening telephone inquiries, communicating messages, redirecting calls, and appropriately responding to urgent inquiries. * Keep seating chart up to date within floor plan software. * Ensure conference rooms and meeting rooms are neat and presentable, stocked with equipment and/or refreshments daily, as required. * Check mail on a daily basis and distribute to employees. * Create and arrange delivery of Business Cards for entire company. * Responsible for managing all incoming shipments and mail deliveries using the system you created. * Support travel coordination for Santa Barbara team and visiting Austin & Chengdu employees. * Ordering office and kitchen supplies * Keep office & kitchen supply areas organized and stocked on each floor. * Keep budget spreadsheet updated with all purchases made by Team Operations. * Dispatch all incoming facilities, event & travel requests via the Facilities Ticketing System (within JIRA). * Assist Team Operations Coordinator with setup and breakdown events. * Participate as needed in special departmental projects across the company or other administrative duties. * Variety of other miscellaneous projects determined by business needs and direction of Manager. What You'll Need: * Bachelor's degree. * Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist/office manager role within a professional office environment. * Proficient with MS Office, Google Drive and multi-media technologies a huge plus. * Valid Drivers License * Very friendly and positive attitude, going above and beyond to help employees and visitors. * Consistently approachable and reliable team member. * Strong multi-tasker and attention to detail. * Ability to handle unscheduled visitors with poise and direction. * Punctual and reliable.
