THE ROLE:

As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and assistance with their luggage, transportation, and overall stay. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES (May include but not limited to):

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Assist guests with their luggage, including loading and unloading from vehicles.

• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.

• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized bell stand and lobby area.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Uphold the standards of Park Hyatt Chicago in all interactions.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly rate for this role is set at $15.45 plus tips.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
