Behaviorist Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Providence is calling a Behaviorist Licensed Clinical Social Worker (0.9 FTE, Days) to Providence Medical Group in Monroe, WA.

We are seeking a Behaviorist Licensed Clinical Social Worker to ensure a positive and experience and quality outcomes. The purpose of the Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) department is to help provide the highest quality primary care by addressing the biological, psychological and social factors influencing patients' health and health behaviors.

In this position you will:

• Evaluation, diagnosis and intervention of psychiatric and substance use disorders and related physical health and medical conditions

• Schedule 30 minute visits for follow up visits, utilize telephone encounters and MyChart secured messaging as adjunct follow-up to maximize the number of patients followed within BH.

• Provide documentation consistent with Health and Behavior coding in the electronic medical record for billable mental health visits

• Ability to identify and administer appropriate, brief screening measures to assist with diagnostic understanding and treatment planning

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Masters in MSW or LMHC or LMFT

• Two plus years providing social work services

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) and Washington State Licensure

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Coursework / training in addiction and chemical dependency

• Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base
