InGenesis is currently seeking a LCDC, LPC, LSW, or MFT to work as a Behavioral Healthcare Provider with our client located in Mansfield, OH. In this role, you will provide interdisciplinary services concerned with the development and integration of behavioral and biomedical science.

Job Duties

  • Perform psychosocial interventions with clients

  • Perform individual, family, or group intervention.

  • Develop intervention goals and objectives designed to give education and resolve client's problems in functioning.

  • Participate in process of implementing and evaluating treatment system's goals and objectives.

  • Interview clients and family to establish case goals and objectives.

  • Monitor client's responses to treatment systems.

  • Provide feedback on effectiveness of prescribed treatment.

  • Evaluate lower-level behavioral healthcare provider cases and client's progress resulting from prescribed treatment plans.

  • Maintain necessary data documents.

  • Prepare data requiring social histories, admission/aftercare summaries, court documents and completes forms.

  • Attend training meetings, intradepartmental meetings, and court hearings.

  • Counsel on sensitive matters.

  • Proofread technical materials.

  • Recognize unusual or threatening conditions and take appropriate actions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current license as one of the following:

  • Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LICDC)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

  • Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist (IMFT)

Unusual Working Conditions

  • May require unusual work schedules or arrangements.

  • May be exposed to clients who may be potentially violent.

  • May be exposed to unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.

  • May require travel to community sites.

Responsibilities: * Assist the CEO/COO with the design of the long-term growth of both home health and hospice geographic footprint based on the current and future business model. * Collaborating with the CEO/CFO/COO to develop capital plan that aligns with new acquisition and new branch strategy. * Develop inclusive strategic plan for external and organic growth in both number of locations and patient census by collaborating with the SVP of Business Development and COO. * Be the lead on new market opportunities that align with our current business model including both branch expansions off of existing providers and the identification of desirable potential acquisitions for new markets. * Forecast current and future market share potential and long-term viability for both branch expansions and new acquisition opportunities as they present themselves. * Work with SVP/COO on identifying key capital projects, joint ventures, potential Merger & Acquisition targets and other strategic partnership opportunities. * Run point on during the due diligence process including coordinating all department heads to ensure all aspects of the acquisition targets have been evaluated and the risks minimized prior to close date. * Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes and product line performance for existing markets, then work with SVP of Business Development for suggested changes or specific product pilots * Collaborating with leadership, special committees and consultants to execute company sponsored strategies. * Communicating strategy effectively throughout company. * Ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress related to growth in both locations, patient admission volume, and patient census.   Requirements: * Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related Healthcare professional * 3+ Years strategic marketing experience in a similar environment * Experience with hospice and/or home health due diligence for new acquisitions * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal * Excellent people skills * Proficient computer skills especially Excel. * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Angmar Home Health Mansfield OH
