If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you! No experience required- we provide PAID Registered Behavior Technician training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure.

Position Details

At Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Using evidence-based treatments, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service. Our program engages children and adolescents in a variety of therapeutic activities through structured groups and community integration opportunities in a center-based location' You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Required:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
• 3-6 months experience in the division of behavioral health services.

Preferred:

• Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course.

• 2 years' experience in the division of behavioral health services.

• Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
