At Beacon Health System, our nurses are truly the heartbeat of our organization. We are thrilled to introduce new pay options that recognize and reward the vital work of our acute care, bedside nurses. Both full-time and part-time (24 hours per week) registered nurses are eligible for premium pay.

Competitive Pay Structure

• $36.00/hour ($73,440 annually) upon completion of department orientation with a 3-year agreement for day shifts.
• $43.00/hour for night shifts with the same agreement.
• If you choose not to enter an agreement, we still offer a competitive hourly rate.

Job Summary

As a registered nurse at Beacon, you will:

• Report to the Director or Manager.
• Provide professional nursing services in your assigned area.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with professional, clinical, and ancillary staff to ensure compassionate, quality care.

Job Specifications

Education and Experience:

• Successful completion of an accredited nursing program and state licensure as an RN is required.
• Candidates hired after January 1, 2014, must obtain a BSN within five years or choose to become certified in their specialty, maintaining the certification as per accrediting body standards.
