Behavioral Health Consultant Supervisor

Supervises and directs the daily activities of the Behavioral Health Team. Oversees the coordination of care of patients with emotional and/ or chronic physical conditions with other health care professionals and community agencies to manage problems safely and effectively.

Consults with team members, community agencies and primary care clinics regarding treatment and safety of patients. Conducts quality, safety, experience, and leader rounding. Responsible for staffing including coverage, supply managements as well as advancement of ILOS. Act as a mentor to new caregivers, provides just-in-time education and clinical program evidenced -based practice deployment and advancement.
