Provides home based services for the purpose of providing a safe environment for individuals who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness. Collaborates with other healthcare providers to review cases and develop plans for services. AA/EOE
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Healthcare required.
EXPERIENCE: One year experience in the mental health field is preferred OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Able to function in stressful and emergent situations. Good judgement.
Valid Drivers License. Ability to work on-call as requested. Ability to travel to and from multiple work sites.
