Behavior Therapist - Intensive
$4,000 bonus for qualified candidates plus an additional stipend
Do you have a background in psychology, mental health, developmental disabilities, early intervention, or child development? If so, you may be a perfect candidate for RCS Learning Center. At RCS you will be able to expand your knowledge and experience within human service and the field of ABA. This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM at our Learning Center in Natick, MA.
RCS is looking to hire experienced staff comfortable working with students with intensive behavioral needs. Our students are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and are between 6-22 years old. Staff working with these students will be trained and must be willing to use restraint and hold techniques, learned via SOLVE. Experience with de-escalating severe behaviors requiring multiple staff to support the student is highly preferred. We are very interested in people who are highly organized, committed to quality, and want to learn how to make a difference in a child's life.

Qualifications:
Enjoy working with children ages 6-22 years old
Be comfortable working with students with severe behaviors
Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a desire a learn
Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, special education, social work, childcare or a related field
Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor degree
RBT preferred
Candidates with a high school diploma will be considered
Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach preferred
Able to submit a transcript
