ABA Therapists create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual, collect data on programming targets, and provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers.

The position requires:
-A commitment to our families for at least a year.
-We need an RBT credential but if you are not certified we provide free training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

- The ability to pass a background and reference check over last 10 years
-CPR training
-Clear driving record
-A reliable car/transportation daily
-Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can-do attitude
-Ability to play games, be silly, and engage in pretend play with kids
- Commitment of at least 1 year to our families
-Willingness to commute to close cities
- Work experience with children is a plus!
-18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
-Competitive pay rates starting at $18 - $22/hr for Behavior Technicians.
- Part time hours depends on client schedule.
