Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our teams inspire, instill hope, and change lives. As a Behavior Technician, you serve as a mentor and advocate for children with developmental disabilities. You will cultivate their ability to communicate effectively and give them a voice. You will teach them how to interact with their peers and loved ones, and help them form meaningful relationships. You will reinforce all of their efforts and hard work, and empower them to be independent. You will ultimately promote a positive change in the way they live and give them opportunities to thrive and succeed!
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a variety of settings (home, clinic, school and/or community)
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Behavior Analysts, including behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
Collect and record data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan
Support Behavior Analysts with parent-training
Communicate client progress or changes in behavior with clinical team
Create a safe, positive and fun environment to encourage learning
