Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Part-Time ABA Behavior Therapists in Santa Clarita and Saugus, CA, and the surrounding areas. For those already working daytime hours, this position presents an excellent chance to gain additional hours in the evening, all while building expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our training is designed to improve your existing skills or develop new ones, opening up various opportunities in healthcare.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.

• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, Behavior Therapists assist in addressing challenging behaviors.

• Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

• 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays

• Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes

• Childcare experience required

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
