What is a Behavior Specialist?

Our Behavior Specialists are the foundation of our success in providing quality care and service through the implementations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and play-based programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other co-morbid developmental disabilities.

What your role is:

  • Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on behavioral analysis principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills

  • Manage inappropriate behaviors that occur. Through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support from your clinical team

  • Collect data using a tablet/mobile device to manage the child's progress

  • Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families

  • Keep the children motivated to learn through positive reinforcement

  • Travels to home and other community settings, as required, to deliver services

  • Renders completed sessions daily and write thorough notes per CSDs cancellation policy when changes occur. Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to the clinical team immediately

  • Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with the clinical team via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans and family concerns and questions

  • Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need!

Whats required from you?

  • Have experience working with children and/or managing challenging behaviors with children (preferred)

  • H.S. Diploma

  • Flexible availability - we have a high-demand to service clients Monday through Thursday from 3-7:30 pm

  • Ability to attend new hire training for one week, Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Clean driving record

  • Automobile Insurance

  • Copy of active driver's license and insurance policy

  • A background check (clean history)

  • Have access to a working cell phone

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Senior Principal Supply Chain Business Operations/Compliance Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is on the GSC Compliance team and may be located in the following locations: Redondo Beach, CA. There will be 10% travel required between multiple sites and locations. The successful candidate will perform Procurement Analysis and Compliance Evaluation (PACE) internal audits, provide compliance support to the procurement organization, review procedures, support the training team with compliance guidance, support annual customer audits, and interface with Supply Chain Management processes and personnel at all levels to ensure the success in sector compliance. Responsibilities include the audit of procurement packages, support sector customer audits, review procedures for accuracy and any needed clarification, compliance support in training classes, mentoring procurement employees in compliance, remain up to date in FAR/DFAR regulations, Terms and Conditions Contract Instructions and Addenda clauses. Successful candidate must remain up to date in FAR/DFAR regulations, Terms and Conditions, Program addenda clauses, sector procedures, develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for positions of increasing responsibility and increasing personnel effectiveness in present assignments. SAP knowledge a plus. Candidate must have experience in Global Supply Chain roles. Position requires coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders to include, but not limited to, Contracts, Engineering, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Operations and Program Management. Prior hands on management of suppliers / subcontracts for both US Government and non-US Government programs. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience, Master's degree with 8 years' experience in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Organization Effectiveness, Project Management, Training or related industry experience * Must have an Active DoD clearance to start * In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Procurement / Subcontract process * Significant understanding of US Government and non-US Government / Commercial contracting * Experienced in Procurement / Subcontract package audits * Familiarity with Global Supply Chain Processes * Experience in developing and delivering training that ensures compliance.
