Fraser is seeking Behavior Practitioners (Behavior Therapists) to provide early intensive behavior intervention services through Applied Behavior Analysis for children aged 2-7 diagnosed with Autism.
Implement treatment plans and provide support utilizing principles of behavior analysis for preschool-aged children diagnosed with Autism in a clinical and therapeutic setting
Assess curriculum, collect and analyze data, functional analysis and goal writing under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Assist client in skill development, behavior challenges, cognitive functioning, communication, safety, self-care, and sensory processing
Collaborate and communicate with families and caregivers regarding the client's treatment plan while maintaining boundaries
Provide consultation and work direction to entry-level staff
Competitive Compensation starting at $38,500 annually (could increase based on education/experience)

Available Locations and Schedule:
This is a full-time, salaried, position working Monday through Friday
Maple Grove (Opened March of 2021)
2,000 hours of direct, supervised clinical experience or 1 year of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred - A practicum or internship completed during your program may qualify you for the position!
Previous ABA experience highly preferred
Ability to pass DHS background check
