Fraser is seeking Behavior Practitioners (Behavior Therapists) to provide early intensive behavior intervention services through Applied Behavior Analysis for children aged 2-7 diagnosed with Autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans and provide support utilizing principles of behavior analysis for preschool-aged children diagnosed with Autism in a clinical and therapeutic setting

  • Assess curriculum, collect and analyze data, functional analysis and goal writing under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Assist client in skill development, behavior challenges, cognitive functioning, communication, safety, self-care, and sensory processing

  • Collaborate and communicate with families and caregivers regarding the client's treatment plan while maintaining boundaries

  • Provide consultation and work direction to entry-level staff

Available Locations and Schedule:

  • This is a full-time, salaried, position working Monday through Friday

  • Coon Rapids

  • Woodbury

  • Bloomington

  • Minneapolis

  • Maple Grove (Opened March of 2021)

Requirements:

  • 2,000 hours of direct, supervised clinical experience or 1 year of related experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred - A practicum or internship completed during your program may qualify you for the position!

  • Previous ABA experience highly preferred

  • Ability to pass DHS background check

  • Reliable transportation

Fraser is seeking Behavior Technicians and Behavior Practitioners to support the expansion of our ABA program. Be an integral part of this exciting growth and serve our clients in a positive way! Depending on your previous experiences with children, you may have different responsibilities but all positions support Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with clients aged 2-7 years old! Our ABA program is a unique and specialized program for children with higher needs in a 1:1 setting. We utilize best practices in the ABA field to support positive, person centered outcomes for our clients. Our ABA services are center-based, we provide PPE, have defined cleaning and social distancing procedures. As an ABA team member at Fraser, you have the opportunity to build a positive relationship with families and staff throughout your day!
