Learn more at eLakeviewCenter.org. Overview: The Behavior Health Technician Manager is responsible for the accountability/implementation of the clinical model in the program. This position will oversee day-to-day operation of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning and compliance.

Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services. This position is responsible for, but is not limited to: Work closely with clinical and professional healthcare staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardizing procedures and implementing any treatment plans.

Scheduling staff to work and attend meetings. Supervise the client support staff and complete performance reviews. Maintain appropriate client files, records, and reports, and submit all reports in a timely manner.

Investigate and report all unusual incidents. Lead staff meetings to discuss programs, individuals, and related matters. Manage crisis situations and behavioral issues as the needs arise.

Provide individual services to assigned clients, which support client recovery and build resilience. Maintain knowledgeable of the population(s) served and awareness of the impact substance abuse and mental illness has on an individual and family. Role Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development). At least three (3) years' experience with working directly with seriously emotionally disturbed children and at least two (2) years' supervisory experience. Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families, as required. Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy. Compensation: Base pay ranges from $20.2255 - $21.8558 an hour based on experience. To Apply:
