The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the Mental Health Therapist LMFT will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings.

The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings.

Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. The position takes responsibility for management of a therapeutic caseload (individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults as requested) providing timely charting and record keeping. The Social Worker may provide evidence-based treatments or work with other mental health providers when such treatment is indicated.

Mental Health Therapist LMFT:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in family therapy

  • Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Salary Range:

Spokane, WA - Min: $34.66, Max: $54.87

Professional Counselor:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling or related field

  • Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Professional Counselor, Salary Range:

Spokane, WA - Min: $30.81, Max: $48.77

Licensed Professional Counselor:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field

  • Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

  • 2 years of related experience

Licensed Professional Counselor, Salary Range:

Spokane, WA - Min: $34.66, Max: $54.87

Social Worker MSW:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Washington Advanced Social Worker License, or Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License upon hire.
  • 2 years of Hospital experience.

Social Worker MSW, Salary Range:

Spokane, WA - Min: $30.81, Max: $48.77

Social Worker LCSW:

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) in an education program accredited by the council on social work education and approved by the secretary based upon nationally recognized standards.

  • Washington Advanced Social Worker License, or Washington Advanced Social Worker Temporary License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License, or Washington Social Worker Certificate upon hire.

  • 2 years in the field or in a related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Ambulatory clinic or hospital.
