What you will do:
Collaborative with a multidisciplinary team which includes psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, physical therapists, and special education teachers
Participate in transition planning
Conduct in-services on relevant as requested by program leadership.
Responsibilities
Provide and revise treatment which is directed toward the achievement of optimum patient/student function.
Create effective and efficient data collection systems and use data to assess progress and to guide ongoing treatment.
Provide supervision to staff working toward board certification in behavioral analysis.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - "What you will need":
Education: Master's degree and 2+ years of post-certification behavior analytic experience required.
License/Certifications: Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.
Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders including children with autism and intellectual disability.
