Job Summary for Behavior Analyst:
As a Behavior Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the CAT Program Director to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide training to support team members in assisting the individuals we serve. Our CAT focuses on creating individualized assessments and interventions tailored to each individual's needs, aiming to enhance socially essential behaviors to help them thrive in their community.
Observe, identify, analyze, and document various behavior problems in collaboration with CAT and their families.
Develop and Implement strategies to address identified problem areas.
Design and implement programs to enhance skills and provide ABA therapy weekly.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements for Behavior Analyst:
Conferred Master's Degree specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis or related mental health field.
Minimum one year experience working with special populations, including crisis intervention, and providing services in client homes
Valid driver's license
