Your role at Sephora:

As a Beauty Studio Coordinator, you will be the host of the Sephora Beauty Studio and related events by creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for clients. Supporting the color and skincare team, you will monitor all Beauty Studio activities, such as custom makeovers and other services, to ensure a world-class client experience. In addition, you will:

  • Assist clients with online reservations as well as ensuring walk-in clients get checked into the service appointment of their choice

  • Manage, track, and confirm sign-ups for existing and future appointments and classes

  • Ensure every client who has engaged with a beauty studio service receives the proper education and information defined by Sephora's in-store services guidelines

  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to clients; determine their needs and suggest products to meet those needs

  • Maintain accurate tracking and analysis to help drive Beauty Studio sales and exceed company goals

  • Keep the Beauty Studio clean and organized

  • Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, & Initiative

We think you'd be a great for this role if you have:

  • 2-3 years' retail or service industry experience

  • Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Existing or prior experience working at Sephora or another company with strong customer service initiatives

  • Excellent client service and communication skills

  • Cosmetic experience with another retailer or demonstrated freelance work (required)

This position is responsible for coordinating, implementing and evaluating community programming to enhance resident's experience, while developing and cultivating relationships with current residents, families and with community organizations. Working with the Programming staff, she/he understands resident interests and needs to design and deliver a comprehensive yet innovative activity program focused on the Six Dimensions of Wellness geared to establishing and maintaining Human Connection. Key Responsibilities * Managing the Activities Staff to ensure proper execution of planned events * Overseeing scheduling of events, trips, meetings, rooms, and group functions * Developing, promoting, coordinating and overseeing community events * Editing, producing and distributing a monthly community newsletter * Participates in plan of care development * Responsible for all regulatory practices to meet State of CT, CMS and Benchmark Senior Living requirements. * Participates and supports the admission and discharge process. * Present and Engaged with residents and families – meal service, family meetings, admissions and discharge Job Requirements Qualifications * Therapeutic Recreation Director (TRD) Certification preferred, but not necessary. * Three years' experience in Assisted Living and/or Sub Acute Rehab setting a plus. * Certification and/or Experience in Dementia Care preferred. * Flexible Schedule- willing to work on weekends and holidays. * A Passion for Serving Seniors a Must!
