Answers incoming service calls to address customer needs. Sets service appointments with our customers. Responds to customer queries from internet leads.

Alerts customers when we receive vehicle alerts regarding oil life, tire rotations, recalls, etc. Makes quality-check customer satisfaction calls to all service visits. Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails.

Sends letters and emails to current Subaru and GM manifest lists. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Position Type and Hours: This is a full-time position.

Days and hours of work vary depending on business needs and may include nights or weekend rotations. Hours will average 40 hours per week. Competencies/Skills:
