BDC Customer Service Agent - Toyota Of North Austin

Toyota of North Austin is a leader in retail sales and service in Austin, Texas. To keep up with our expanding customer base are looking for the best and brightest BDC Customer Service Agents to join our service team.

Primary responsibilities:

• Set service appointments for our customers

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email

• Exceed customer expectations and team goals

Here are a few things that we are looking for in the BDC Customer Service Agent role:

• Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• Bilingual is a plus!

• Have a strong desire to succeed and advance

• Have a positive "solution oriented" attitude

• Someone who prioritizes growth

• Goal oriented

• Student mentality

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience

• Someone looking for a positive work environment

• Experience: 3 Years Customer Service experience (Preferred)
