BDC Customer Service Agent - Newport Lexus

World Toyota is a leader in retail sales and service in Atlanta, Georgia. To keep up with our expanding customer base are looking for the best and brightest BDC Customer Service Agents to join our service team.

This position pays between $4k-$7k/month.

Primary responsibilities:

• Set service appointments for our customers

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email

• Exceed customer expectations and team goals

• Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience

• Experience: 3 Years Customer Service experience (Preferred)
