• Job Responsibilities:• 1. Develop sales strategies and sales plans to expand overseas retail chain and beauty vertical channel customers, and achieve sales targets.
• 2. Take ownership of channel development and management, establishing robust channel systems in target markets.
• 3. Conduct thorough market and customer research and analysis, evaluate market conditions, screen potential overseas distributors, and forge long-term partnerships.
• 4. Drive local brand promotion activities for the respective products.
• 5. Demonstrate proficiency in channel and pricing management, ensuring optimal control and alignment.
• 6. Collect, organize, and analyze market information, industry trends, competitor landscapes, and stay abreast of the latest developments in product dynamics within the industry.
Requirements
• 1. Bachelor's degree or above; Possess a minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience in the North American market and other countries.
• 2. Candidates with proven local retail chain and supermarket customer resources in the United States, and hands-on experience with major retailers such as Walmart, ALDI, and others, will be given priority.
• 3. Preferred experience in developing distributor networks, with a focus on the beauty, personal care, and small home appliances distribution channels.
• 4. Bilingual in Mandarin is prefered. Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• 5. Thorough understanding of the small home appliances industry, strong marketing acumen, deep knowledge of international markets, and a proven ability to successfully explore and expand within international markets. Experience in online marketing, market expansion, and exhibition operations is highly desirable.
• 6. Effective channel and pricing management abilities, coupled with exceptional customer communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrates self-motivation, a strong sense of work responsibility, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
