BCS Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach

The Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach will work directly with the Head Coach.

1. Assists the head coach with instructing students in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.

2. Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises as directed by the head coach.

3. Communication with students and parents.

4. Helps mentor student-athletes to foster athletic, academic, emotional and social growth.

Salary: $16/hr

Requirements

• Love of Track and Field Sports
• Ability to work effectively with students of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Communication Skills
• Love to work with Jr High aged students
