Office Locations in Middlesex County: East Brunswick and Piscataway Group Providers: 4 Physicians and 1 PA-C On Call Rotation: 1:8 weekend Call (shared Call with another Axia practice) 1-2 weekday call shift M-F. Post Call Day Off OR day once per month 3D Mammography Ultrasound On-Site Laboratory In-Office Procedures
