Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The BACB Supervisor/BCBA will implement the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors for our clients on the Autism Spectrum. The individual in this position will provide direct BCBA supervision to BTs providing direct ABA therapy, parent training, and case management.

In addition, they will provide BACB supervision to students aspiring to become certified BCBAs according to the BACB standards and code of ethics. This position requires clinical, leadership, and organizational behavior management skill sets. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES BCBA Related:

Provides clinical supervision, including developing goals, providing feedback, and identifying the need for disciplinary action, as needed for BACB Supervisee candidates Provides clinical supervision, including developing goals, providing feedback, and identifying the need for disciplinary action, as needed for Early Mentee candidates Ensures that all hours are accurately reflected for each EM/BACB Supervisee within SharePoint systems Ensures all documentation is clearly and thoroughly filled out within each candidate's folder Follows all policies & protocols as identified in the BACB Supervision Manual Follows & stays educated on all new guidelines and standards for the field and implement within daily supervision practices Independently manage a small caseload of clients to include utilization of supervision hours, support/training for BT's, parent management, assessments/re-assessments, etc. Act as a liaison between the Supervising BCBA & BT Act as a liaison between University contact & KAS Maintain professional communication with all KAS team members & outside entities Conduct a variety of assessments to determine client social, play, ADL, communication, and behavioral needs. Exhibits effective communication with co-workers, other providers, supervisors and supervisee's Versed in insurance company requirements for which we are credentialed with.

Initiate clinical improvements and work with Director of BACB Supervision on implementation Assist with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives BACB Supervisor Related:

Provides BACB supervision according to the most recent BACB Task List (5th edition), maintains documentation according to BACB supervision standards, and maintains Key documentation for BACB supervision according to company standards. Attends supervision meetings with department head(s) in order to determine future needs for the programs.

Assist with monthly group supervision to BCBA candidates. Assist with on-going development of the supervision program curriculum. Attend career fairs and network with colleges and universities promoting BCBA certification.

Flexibility in scheduling is required based on the fact that students in BCBA certificate programs may require flexibility on week nights and weekends.
