Meaningful Mission
Compensation: $50/HR DOE
Location: San Diego North
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client
Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor (for cases that have a clinical supervisor and clinical manager)
Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors
Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field
Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Develop progress reports detailing client achievement
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Conduct supervision, parent education and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours
Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
Qualifications:
Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations),
Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals
Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans
Part time Position between 25-30 hours a week

Technology: Laptops, smartphones, and/or tablets provided to clinical staff, Full use of practice management software (i.e., CentralReach) for ease in client file management, client programming, report writing, and data collection, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and resources for cases that require it
