Bcba - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Base Salary Range: $70,000-$78,000 per year + individual performance bonus paid monthly

• Competitive annual bonus opportunity up to $14,500

• 25 Total Days of PTO: 15 PTO Days + 3 Floating Holidays + 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Volunteer Day

• Professional Development Stipend of $300-$1,000.

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy

• Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans

• Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments

• Support clients and families to ensure client success

• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures

• Teach adaptive life skills

• Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
