We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Child Behavior Analyst to join our team in Augusta, GA. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of those plans. The BCBA will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients. Monday

  • Friday, 8:00am

  • 4:30pm work week, no evenings $85,000 per year with planned increases every year 120 hours of PTO per year, 8 paid Holidays and up to 40 hours of additional PTO awarded for anniversaries Professional Development/CEU Stipend, employer paid certifications and renewals Collaborative training with our Training & Development BCBA to include Mindset, CPR & First Aid and more No cost supervision to those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA Employee Discount Program Monthly Culture Events Community Involvement CARF accredited Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits $50k life insurance policy at no cost to you 401k with a 4% match Quarterly profit sharing awarded Qualifications: Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.

    Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans. Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.

    Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services. Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.

    Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
