Job Overview The Base Comprehensive Asset Management Plan (BCAMP) Manager oversees the base prioritized asset investments to include capacity, reliability, security, operations, maintenance, and renewal projects in a cost effective, sustainable program; quantify risk to support mission readiness.

Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Identify and prioritize issues and related action plans within the BCAMP.

Maintain and update government legacy systems to include, for example InfoPath, NexGen IT and government designated replacement systems. Keep government-required databases current, complete and accurate. Conduct at a minimum, quarterly Asset Management WG (AMWG) meetings.

Identify previous, emerging, and unforeseen requirements critical to installation mission. Maintain, validate, and update plans and data in the BCAMP.

Maintain, validate, and update Action Plans and Tabular Data in the BAMPs.

Coordinate with Base Activity Management Plan (BAMP) Managers to include, for example Facilities, Utilities, Transportation Networks and Airfield Pavements, and Real Estate and Natural Infrastructure to support development of the BCAMP. Conduct BCAMP working group meetings, identify issues, and keep the Government advised of aspects with potential mission impacts. Utilize AF guidance and industry processes for plan integration.

Provide BCAMP roll up plan of the individual, as directed by the Government, semi-annual, a BCAMP Executive Summary roll up plan of the individual to HHQs, annually, and BAMPs for each CE Activity, as directed by Government, quarterly. Manage the BAMP to develop a consistent and transparent prioritized list of investment needs (projects) for each of the activities for example, facilities, utilities, transportation networks and airfield pavements, and real estate and natural infrastructure, that will achieve the agreed AF common levels of service and other strategic requirements at the lowest risk. Develop and manage a Facilities AMP for a portfolio of systems at the installation level.

Vet all recommendations/decisions from the AMP working groups upward through the unit's asset management structure. Assign, give direction to, and enforce deliverables from sub-AMP managers for each applicable sub-AMP. Coordinate with appropriate members across squadron and installation for AMP working groups.

Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor of Science degree in Planning, Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum of four (4) years of Planning, Engineering or Architecture project-related experience. Completion of WENG 400; WMGT Activity Management, 331 and 422; and SMS BUILDER Level 3. Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance.   Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.

  Valid state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

U.S. Citizenship.   Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).     Reasonable Accommodation:
