This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on shift posted. Applicants will be considered for openings in any department that may include, but not limited to, First Processing, IF, IX, Packing and Deboning.
These positions require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing pulling, gripping, and reaching. These positions also require repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. Some positions require lifting 40 to 70 pounds. These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces.
Applicants must be able to work with others in order to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.
