Bayer Animal Health Contract Manufacturing Operations Account Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Contract Manufacturing Organization Account Manager, are to:
Effectively manage the tactical planning, buying, scheduling, and execution activities of contract manufactured products;
Monitor and reconcile usage of raw materials and packaging components supplied by Bayer Animal Health (BAH) to Contract Manufacturing Operations'(CMO) Partners;
Manage ongoing third party CMO Partner relationships;
Serve as the single point of contact for implementing and enforcing the contractual requirements between BAH and third party Contract Manufacturing Operations Partners;Support the completion of activities necessary for final execution of CMO projects (i.e. item setup, coordination and approval of final printed packaging and labeling, and establishment of master product specifications);
Support and provide input to maintain the processes which track the occurrences of and monitors the compliant and timely response to events effecting commercial CMO products including: change control management, damage during shipment, incident and deviation reports, product complaints and investigations, ancorrective actions;
Be a key point of contact within the internal organization to filter all related incidents, questions or concerns regarding events;
Collaborate and produce critical routes of influence with Supply Chain and Commercial to produce and track against quarterly purchasing plans for distribution to CMO Partners;
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports showing CMO product performance and trends (by product, product family, and CMO Partner), open orders, days of supply, sales, inventory, etc.;
Be an active participant in monthly sales and operations (S&OP) processes and demand planning.

Bachelor's degree with at least four years of product planning, supply chain, and/or production experience;
Candidates without a completed degree may be considered if they possess a combination of academic achievement and eight or more years of directly related experience in product planning, supply chain or project management experience in a production facility;
Prior Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) experience.
Project Management experience;
Experience in a Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Union (EU) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulated environment;
SAP super user.
