Bayer Animal Health Change Management Coordintor
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Bayer Animal Health Change Management Coordinator, are to:
Ensure change applications comply with established requirements before starting workflows;
Once change applications have been submitted, start workflows in a timely manner;
Monitor workflows to ensure on-time completion of work packages;
Drive overall process to achieve on-time implementation of change;
Ensure overall timing and status of change applications are communicated to applicants and other interested parties as necessary;
Work closely with Production Planners to ensure seamless implementation of change in production ensuring continuity of supply;
Compilation of key performance indicators related to the overall site BASIC performance;
Provide training to all BASICS users;
Continuous improvement of change management processes.
