Responsibilities

This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. The primary responsibility for this position is to manage the Hatchery Inovo Process for the client. This will be accomplished through execution of our Best in Class Customer Service Programs. More specifically, you will:

  • Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process on behalf of the client in an assigned territory of 3-5 hatcheries

  • Indirectly guide 25+ customer employees on the Inovoject Process Operation and Safety

  • Support 3-5 customers or $600K in annual revenue. You will be a major player in confirming the next long-term contract with our customer

  • Administer the Preventive Maintenance Program for 10-15 commercially placed devices

  • Manage the Clients Operator Training Program for 25+ people (customer employees)

  • Facilitate the vaccine and sanitation preparation program for all devices

  • Assist with the execution of the Clients Process Evaluation Program

  • Lead all communication with hatchery management

  • Collect and report all important information within the client's CRM System Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management, certification program, vehicle and equipment maintenance within assigned time period

Requirements

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in poultry science or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement

  • 2 - 5 years of related experience preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Proficient organizational skills

  • Effective communication skills are necessary to interact directly with multiple levels of customer management

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Ability to lift more than 25 pounds

  • Availability for unsocial work hours

  • Availability for on-call shifts

  • Willingness to work in a hatchery where exposure to a potentially hazardous environment is possible and the heat and humidity is above average.

  • Ability to travel 60 - 80% of the time and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned accounts, unless otherwise specified

  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic

Experience and Education: * Candidate is preferred have a High School diploma or equivalent degree. * Management/supervisory experience in a production/processing environment is preferred. * Prior experience in both operations and customer service is preferred.
