The Program Manager
Baseline Change Manager will support the management and contractual day to day activities of the program under the supervision of the program manager or program director. This Program Manager
Baseline Change Manager scope includes planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc.
The Program Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of SDRLS/CDRLS and submission
Shipment of Hardware
Contractual briefs
Programmatic review support
Coordinating approvals for key acquisition or change efforts
Negotiation support, Fee assertion
Intra company work efforts
Customer monthly funds status reporting
Internal EAC support
Risk and opportunity management
EAC / EVMS variance analysis and if required get to green initiatives.
Coordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as required
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of Government Contract Experience
Extensive experience managing FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
WE VALUE
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Business; Master's Degree in Engineering, Science or Business preferred
Dispute Resolution
Experience leading, planning, conducting and concluding contract negotiations with DOD.
Ability to integrate and track contractual documents as it pertains to scope
Creative business deal structures
