Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons and servers by performing

the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Takes orders from guests or server.

  • Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

  • Serves wine and draft or bottled beer.

  • Collects money for items served.

  • Acts as cashier for servers. Responsible for closing out checks and correctly entering credit card tips.

  • Requisitions liquors and supplies.

  • Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.

  • Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.

  • Prepares mixers/mixes.

  • Organizes and stocks liquor, beer and wine deliveries.

  • Answers phone and facilitates calls and to go orders

  • Clean, maintain and replenish station or area of responsibility at the beginning, during and at the end of the shift.

Additionally, the A/P Specialist performs duties in support of the daily sales report. Finally, the A/P Specialist assists with job duties that are annual or seasonal in nature. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned; * Accounts Payable for high volume Restaurants * Process invoices (review, correction, and posting), prepare checks and pay vendors * The entry of maintenance, utilities, marketing, and monthly scheduled invoices. * Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and resolving any invoice and past payment discrepancies * Verify accounts for period-end closing * Complete monthly sales tax returns * Answer vendor and store inquiries, as needed * Daily Sales Report verification and posting for assigned Restaurants Desired Job Qualifications: * At least 4-5 years of Accounts Payable experience * Essential - Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multi-task, and able to meet deadlines * Hospitality and Foodservice industry work experience preferred * Competency in Excel and Outlook * Compeat Restaurant Software knowledge is a plus * Valid drivers license Creole Cuisine New Orleans LA
