Overview

This part-time postion is respnsible for serviing members and guests at the bar, taking orders, maitining a clean work station, making and serving beverages, and assisting customers with fiiendly service-orentied attitude.

Positon pays $7.25-$10 per hour plus tips.

About the Venue

Located in Central PA, Penn State Golf Courses are ready to offer you the very best the game has to offer. In addition to the courses, there are four practice putting greens, a bunker area, and 32 artificial driving range stalls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Plan and present bar menu

• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• 1 year or more bartending in a fast paced restaurant, private club or catering operation.

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays or various shifts as needed for business levels.

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender

• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

• Computer literacy

• Knowledge of a second language is a plus

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

• Relevant training certificate
