WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?

• Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy.

• Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards.

• Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including bar tops, glassware, and service stations.

• Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

The hourly rate for this role is $16.75 per hour tips .

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or similar customer service role is preferred.

• Must hold valid OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire.

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service.

• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a moderate amount of weight..
