Job description

Join our Wild Carrot Bar Team in Hampshire, expertly providing a luxury beverage experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking, communicating and serving guests' orders, having excellent knowledge of our bar menu to make personalised suggestions to guests. Preparing appropriate mise en place, ensuring standards of service are maintained at all times, anticipating guest needs and accurately closing guest checks.

This role is suited to individuals who are passionate about mixology, wine & spirits and providing a luxury service.

Key responsibilities:-

• Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Four Seasons standards

• Efficiently preparing drinks.

• Setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's).S

• Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.

• Taking a proactive approach in developing the yourself, Barbacks and ultimately the overall guest experience.
