The Barista Team Lead will:

• Be responsible for supervising and operating the Tazza Coffee locations at Knoll, The Health Center, Scott, and Kiewit.

• Provide excellent customer service by:

• taking beverage orders

• making drinks accurately and in a timely fashion

• Lead and supervise a team of full-time, temporary and student employees.

In addition, the Barista Team Lead will complete the necessary administrative functions by:

• controlling cash
• reconciling sales receipts
• ordering products and supplies
• maintaining appropriate levels of inventory
• cleaning /sanitizing equipment.
