Spartanburg, SC, 29301 Job Summary: The Barista’s primary focus is in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for students, faculty, and visitors alike. The Barista’s primary responsibility will be to craft exceptional coffee and espresso beverages while providing outstanding customer service.

Areas of Responsibility: Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee beverages, adhering to recipes, standards, and brewing methods. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment including behind the register, tables, and equipment.

Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers always. Greet guests with a warm welcome, take orders accurately, and ensure orders are delivered promptly with attention to detail. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and maintain cash drawer integrity.
