Barista Job Description

Location: Tampa, FL, 33607

Marriott Tampa Westshore is seeking a skilled and friendly barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers

• Take customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Stock and replenish supplies as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns

• Follow health and safety guidelines

Skills, Abilities and Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
