Position Summary:

Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, blended coffee, tea, and other items to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested. Describes product details to customers. Receives and processes customer payments.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.Process orders to create an exceptional customer service experience.

2.Listen and communicate in a professional and friendly manner.

3.Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot/cold beverages.

4.Maintain a clean work environment.

5.Maintain supply inventory.

6.Demonstrate exceptional customer service.

7.Preparing and serving beverages as ordered.

8.Promoting, answering questions, and recommending menu options to customers.

9.Taking payments from customers.

10. Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and notifying maintenance of needed repairs.

11. Keeping the work environment sanitary, clean, and organized.

12. Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.

13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

5.The equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties.
