Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.

The Skywalk Deli & Market is a sundries market and café which sells coffee/lattés, grab-and-go food, and various market items. During winter, it serves as a quick stop on the way to the slopes in the morning, during a break from skiing in the afternoon, and down from a room when guests need a quick resupply from the market. In summer, the Deli is a jumping off point for our conference guests to start their day. This outlet is part café, part quick service restaurant, and part convenience store.

What You'll Do:

The Barista is a fundamental team member within the Deli & Market. This position will craft lattés and other coffee drinks, serve food, handle transactions at the register, and perform other tasks necessary for the functioning of the outlet. The ideal candidate will come with a strong customer service background, a self-starter mentality, and pride in providing the highest quality service and product. Candidates must be comfortable in fast-paced, customer-focused settings, be team players and have a strong work ethic. Full- and part-time, seasonal and year-round positions available with flexible scheduling. Full-time, year-round employees are eligible for benefits as described below. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.

Position starts at $18.00/hr + Tips

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Make various coffee-based drinks to order

• Accurately process guest transactions

• Provide excellent guest service and answer any questions/requests from guests

• Maintain the outlet including: stocking, merchandising, cleaning, etc.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years barista experience - preferred

• 1+ years cash handling/cashiering experience - preferred

• Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
