Backyard Barbers is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, fun-loving manager to help build the store to the next level. The manager is accountable for the effective operation of the business in the absence of the store owner.

This includes developing the team and store to the next level. Must be a working manager that performs the services of the shop. Position Description Management duties include:

Building and maintaining a fun, team atmosphere Recognizing problems and evaluating solutions or alternatives while maintaining professionalism, effectiveness, and flexibility at all times Demonstrating a sense of urgency to meet store and client needs Understanding the effect of decisions on overall objectives and team motivation Maintaining an open door of communication with the store owner, clients, suppliers, and relevant community groups, building positive relationships Providing direction and serving as an example to other team members Developing, retaining, and hiring team members; meeting with team members regularly to review individual and team goals; setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback for growth Analyzing and interpreting reports to create action plans for themselves and other team members Monitoring and coaching to help achieve store business goals and technical progress with team members Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Signing bonus: $250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months Tips Experience: Hair Styling: 1-3 years (Required) Barbering: 1-3 years License/Certification:
