Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine Primary Duties & Responsibilities Clean and maintain bar area including floors, counters, furniture, tables, glasses, and dishes. Keep bar stocked with necessary equipment including Liquor, beer, ice, napkins and other garnishes, cleaning equipment and glasses.

Restock the bar at the close of each shift. Organize and put away shipments of liquor and beer while tracking inventory levels before and after shifts. Other tasks will be assigned as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications Must be able to lift 60 lbs. comfortably. Must possess strong organizational skills. Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Attention to detail. Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to cut off guests for over intoxication Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Education & Experience High School degree or equivalent Must have or be willing to obtain necessary liquor and alcohol service permits.
