Experience: 5 years in food and beverage, with 2 years in fine dining operations. Skills: Leadership, communication, supervisory, organizational, and computer literacy. Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in service procedures, beer and wine service, conflict resolution, customer service, high-volume service, food safety, POS systems, team development, and staff management.
